Comparison of core materials for quick drying clothes
Material | Characteristics | Applicable Scenarios | Advantages and Disadvantages
- Polyester fiber has fast moisture absorption and sweat wicking, low cost, strong wrinkle resistance, and is suitable for daily training and short distance running. It is dry and easy to cause stuffy sweat
- Spandex (elastic fiber) has high elasticity (with 5% -20% added), enhancing the fit of tight fitting clothes, providing strong muscle support for high-intensity exercise, and poor durability
- Nylon (nylon) has excellent wear resistance, is lightweight and soft, and is resistant to UV rays for off-road running and friction in complex outdoor environments,Slightly weak moisture absorption
Select materials according to requirements
1. High intensity/racing running
Preferred Material: Polyester Fiber (80%)+Spandex (15-20%) Blended
Reason: High elasticity supports muscles and reduces friction; Choose styles with honeycomb mesh or laser punching technology to enhance breathability
2. Daily jogging/leisure training
Preferred Material: Regular Polyester Fiber (100%) or Blended Cotton (30% Cotton+70% Polyester)
Reason: High cost-effectiveness, while also considering comfort; Choose loose fit and breathable mesh fabric under the armpits
3. Adaptation to extreme weather conditions
High temperature and humidity: Nylon+elastic fiber, combined with laminated joints to reduce friction
Low temperature cold: inner Merino wool (150-200g/m ²)+outer windproof polyester
